It's best to spot clean all cloth hats with a damp cloth using cold water, or hand-wash in a sink if necessary. We recommend using plant-based soaps because regular detergents can be toxic for our waterways.
Always let your hat dry naturally. If your hat gets out of shape, you can use steam from a tea kettle to reshape it. Hold the hat in the steam and allow it to soften. You can then reshape your hat to its original shape and then let it cool down before wearing.
Another option to take out wrinkles on the brim is to place a clean rag or old T-shirt over the wrinkled area then iron the area.
As an employee at High Country Roses, this hat has become my all time favourite in the greenhouse and garden. I’ve received many compliments. Originally, I purchased it at the Festival in the Clouds in Alma, CO. The second hat came directly from Connor.
This hat is just what I need for sailing in hot summer Galveston Bay weather.
Sizing runs small on this style, I wish the crown was a little more substantial, but it is crushable. Seems like it's going to work well during the warm summer months. The usual Conner quality which is always outstanding.
Nice hat, but the XL I received was sized much more like a M at 22", not the 24" my big melon needs.
