Using a lint brush or the adhesive side of tape will remove dust and dirt on wool hats. If your wool hat gets out of shape, you can use steam from a tea kettle to reshape it. Hold the hat in the steam and allow it to soften. You can then reshape your hat to its original shape and then let it cool down before wearing. Always place a hat upside down on its crown if you do not have a hat rack for storage.
I bought this hat for my father and being a hat maker myself I have to say it is an absolutely beautiful, well constructed piece of millinery. I would definitely recommend Connor hats if you are looking for a modern classic.
We're honored by your kind words! Hope your father likes it too!
Fantastic quality hat that has gotten many compliments. I wear different hats on stage as a Blues Singer and this hat is quickly becoming my favorite. Great looking and fits great! Thank you!
Size it’s way too small. So there’s no way to fix that. I tried to use steam but the liner shrunk. Terrible terrible.
Sincere apologies that the hat didn't fit in the first place. Steaming the hat doesn't actually stretch the size. It only helps to shape the hat and yes it does shrink the hat. The best way to fix the shrinking is to stretch the hat. https://youtu.be/sEMaFBJ_FF4

Love this hat for shooting weddings. Looks great, fits great and when I bring the camera to my face the brim does not get in the way. Love it
Beautifully colored because who doesn't like a "twill/tweed" combo, so to speak. (It's a review from a ne'er do well, so ignorance is implied). Well made, fits perfectly. I usually go for more of a stingy brim, so if it makes me look good, it has to be a great hat. Another fine product from Conner.
