It's best to spot clean all cloth hats with a damp cloth using cold water, or hand-wash in a sink if necessary. We recommend using plant-based soaps because regular detergents can be toxic for our waterways.
Always let your hat dry naturally. If your hat gets out of shape, you can use steam from a tea kettle to reshape it. Hold the hat in the steam and allow it to soften. You can then reshape your hat to its original shape and then let it cool down before wearing.
Another option to take out wrinkles on the brim is to place a clean rag or old T-shirt over the wrinkled area then iron the area.

Great hat! Exactly what I was looking for. Fits a little snug, but works for me
Comfortable, fits great and looks good! Glad I found this company.
After a few years spent looking for a hat I stumbled upon Conner Hats. I am very leery about purchasing hats I can't try on because it's never worked in my favor. I spent several weeks reading review after review. Watching videos. Looking thru all the hats .I knew I wanted something waterproof. I live in Florida and I hate wearing a ball cap in the rain that ends up ruined. I bit the bullet and purchased Murchasin River Waterproof Hat. When it arrived I tried it on. I was almost heartbroken because it was snug. I wear an XL and I made sure I measured my head before I ordered so I was confident the hat would fit. I wore it for a bit and I realized it was snug not tight. There is a difference. Snug helps on a windy day, tight causes headaches. It was raining so I gave the hat a test run while I walked my dog. Perfect. My head totally dry. I know it will get a lot of use now that it's rainy season . If you purchase a hat and worried it may be little big just ask for resizing strips, think that's what they're called, they will include some. Now to find an excuse to purchase another hat. :)
