It's best to spot clean all cloth hats with a damp cloth using cold water, or hand-wash in a sink if necessary. We recommend using plant-based soaps because regular detergents can be toxic for our waterways.
Always let your hat dry naturally. If your hat gets out of shape, you can use steam from a tea kettle to reshape it. Hold the hat in the steam and allow it to soften. You can then reshape your hat to its original shape and then let it cool down before wearing.
Another option to take out wrinkles on the brim is to place a clean rag or old T-shirt over the wrinkled area then iron the area.
Just love this hat. The look, the fit and of course the great delivery service. Fantastic resource for those of us with over sized heads.
Spent a week fishing on the Kern River and my "Indy Jones" never failed me--a."perfect hat on and off stream".
This is my second Conner hat....Love the first one so thought I'd try another. Nice to have a waterproof hat although this one was a little loose and I actually had to use the
headband inserts...still get good comments.
It was hard for me to buy a hat on line because you can't really see the hat on your head or get a feel for the fit. Conner made this much easier with the hat sizing chart and the offer of free inserts should the hat be a little too large. Just two suggestions: Offer multi-thickness headband inserts and possibly a suggested link to software that could place your image wearing the hat. Thanks Conner
Its nice and fits well. Keeps the rain and sun off.
