Using a lint brush or the adhesive side of tape will remove dust and dirt on wool hats. If your wool hat gets out of shape, you can use steam from a tea kettle to reshape it. Hold the hat in the steam and allow it to soften. You can then reshape your hat to its original shape and then let it cool down before wearing. Always place a hat upside down on its crown if you do not have a hat rack for storage.
I have, over the decades, acquired a massive hat collection. While I would not include my Conner bowler in my historical reenacting group, I certainly include it in my comfortable, fun to wear and flattering hat group. In short, I’m glad I bought this hat.
I've had one of these bowlers for five-ish years and it's been rained on, sweated in, crumpled, uncrumpled, sat on, fiddled with, decorations put on and taken off, and just generally been worn through thick and thin and all that's happened is the top's gotten a tad sun-faded. 10/10 great hat, would definitely recommend.
Great fit, attention to details , personal, friendly and you seem to set high standards as a company to please your customers . I am very satisfied with my purchase . Above my expectations....
