It's best to spot clean all cloth hats with a damp cloth using cold water, or hand-wash in a sink if necessary. We recommend using plant-based soaps because regular detergents can be toxic for our waterways.
Always let your hat dry naturally. If your hat gets out of shape, you can use steam from a tea kettle to reshape it. Hold the hat in the steam and allow it to soften. You can then reshape your hat to its original shape and then let it cool down before wearing.
Another option to take out wrinkles on the brim is to place a clean rag or old T-shirt over the wrinkled area then iron the area.
Perfect design for me. Fits a bit small compared to modern designs, but that is exactly what I prefer in a ball cap. Tight snug fit that doesn’t compete with my sunglasses on the ears.
I'm very pleased with this Connor hat. The quality and fit is excellent. Definitely recommended.
To expensive for a cotton hat made in China.I returned it.Thought it was home made.
The appears well constructed and I like the material. HOWEVER, I returned the hat almost immediately because the crown is way too skimpy. I like a crown to come down to the top of my ears or further. This cap was about 3/4" or so shallow. It did not provide enough coverage. It fits like my old cotton caps that have gone through the wash and slightly shrunk.
Conner provided rapid return authorization and overall I rate my experience with their service as fine. I just wish the hat fit better.
Very pleased with Conner Hats for following through with my request to contact me when
the low profile style version of the waterproof oiled cotton cap was available. Now, that's
great customer service.
