It's best to spot clean all cloth hats with a damp cloth using cold water, or hand-wash in a sink if necessary. We recommend using plant-based soaps because regular detergents can be toxic for our waterways.

Always let your hat dry naturally. If your hat gets out of shape, you can use steam from a tea kettle to reshape it. Hold the hat in the steam and allow it to soften. You can then reshape your hat to its original shape and then let it cool down before wearing.

Another option to take out wrinkles on the brim is to place a clean rag or old T-shirt over the wrinkled area then iron the area.

I received my hat and was so very pleased to see it looked just like it did online (which doesn't always happen).

Mine had a slight sheen to it that I didn't initially notice but I ended up really liking that too. I tend to fit larger hats and the large size is snug but feels good to me. I was concerned it would be a little overly "rugged" looking for a my style, which is sometimes on the feminine side, but I can totally work with it. It's super cute. Also grrrreat for my sun condition. Thanks!

I love the color; it looks weathered like it says in the description. It has a very nice casual look. It sits a little higher on my head than other hats I have, but it suits me well. It's very easy for hats to look to big on me. It's a light, comfortable hat, compared to my other Conner hats.

looks great

I noticed an ad for this company with a similar hat so I looked around on their web page and decided this one might work. I have never had a hat that looks this good on me. I don't know why, but every hat I ever had was just another hat. This one looks like it belongs on my head. I think it would fit better if it was just a bit taller. It is 3 1/2 inches, but an additional 1/4 inch would fit better. Yes, 3 3/4 inch would be fine. 4 inches would be too tall.
