It's best to spot clean all cloth hats with a damp cloth using cold water, or hand-wash in a sink if necessary. We recommend using plant-based soaps because regular detergents can be toxic for our waterways.

Always let your hat dry naturally. If your hat gets out of shape, you can use steam from a tea kettle to reshape it. Hold the hat in the steam and allow it to soften. You can then reshape your hat to its original shape and then let it cool down before wearing.

Another option to take out wrinkles on the brim is to place a clean rag or old T-shirt over the wrinkled area then iron the area.

What great service.

I measured my head and apparently got it wrong! Ordered the hat in L and it was too big. Tried the sizing foam but this time my head was too small. Ordered knowing about the free return policy, but still had reservations about how smooth that would be when I asked to return it. It couldn't have been easier! Received a postage paid label, put it in the original box, and dropped it on my mail carrier. Hat got back, credit card refunded, and had the new proper sized hat in my hands a week later. Fits perfectly.....

The customer service is absolutely great.

Now to the product. Substantial brim. Great feel to the material. Looks sharp. Now I just have to get it out in the rain. I'm sure it'll be a winner there as well.

Just got my new hat

I'm not sure about the utility of wearing my new Conner hat while sitting inside at the computer, but that's what I'm doing. I just got it yesterday. It's a great hat! It fits well, though it needs a little wear to break it in properly. It's clearly high quality and I'm sure I'll enjoy it for many years. Today is a beautiful (warm?) November day over here and I'm inspired to wear it to go tame the wilds of the back yard or at least venture into the back country for a good hike. Though, the rain forest or desert might be more deserving. Thanks!

Having been made in Sri Lanka, sold in the US, stalled in Hong Kong, and tardy in progress in Australia, I eventually received my order.
In the last few days the hat has been duely doused in wet weather caused by El Niño-Southern Oscillation (ENSO). The quality of finish is very satisfying to a person
